Return & Warranty Policy

We strive to deliver your order to your full satisfaction. If something is wrong or you wish to return a product, please read the terms below carefully.

1. General

All return requests must go through our customer service. Please contact us directly and we will assist you with the process from start to finish.

2. Return Period

You can return a product within 14 days of receiving it. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to return an item. Products must be unworn and unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, with all labels and tags still attached.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product is damaged or defective upon arrival, report it within 5 days of receiving it and include clear photos showing the issue. We will review your claim and arrange an appropriate solution such as a replacement or refund.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed via the same payment method you used for your purchase. Once the return is approved and the product is received back in good condition, the refund will be issued.

5. Exceptions

Products that are used, worn, damaged, or missing labels or tags will not be eligible for a refund. Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
